Primary Project
What is Primary Project?
Primary Project is a national evidence-based program that helps children in K-1st grade adjust to school, gain confidence, social skills, and focus on learning. Through play, Primary Project addresses children’s school adjustment difficulties and increases their chances for success.
Primary Project was developed by the Children’s Institute and is used in more than 2,000 schools nationwide.
When parents choose to enroll their children in the program, the children meet with a Child Associate for 30 minutes once a week for 12 sessions, working on their learning skills and other related competencies.
